About Marketing:
The Marketing Department is responsible for promoting and establishing the products and services of the bank. They identify the areas in which the products and services fits and where the business should focus its marketing strategy and, therefore, spend its budget for the maximum coverage and results
About the Role:
The Brand Manager is responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations for the portfolio with a view to drive product growth. The Brand Manager monitors market trends and oversees advertising and marketing activities to ensure the right message is delivered
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute insightful and compelling marketing initiatives/campaigns for card products to meet the desired objectives
· Develop and ensure timely delivery of Go-To-Market plan for the launch of the new products/campaigns & create their year-round promotion plan
· Liaison with various partner agencies (creative, media, digital and campaign management) for development of communication and execution of campaigns
· Ensure implementation of consumer engagement programs to deepen/cross sell/up sell or acquire new to bank customers. These programs may be stand alone, or in partnership with alliances/other companies/brands
· Track and monitor effectiveness of campaigns across mediums
· Ensure all compliance and legal requirements are met from time to time from a brand usage point of view as per the policies laid down by the organization
Qualifications:
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
· Post-Graduation / MBA from a recognized institute
Role Proficiencies:
For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:
· Deep understanding of marketing and communication development and execution
