  • The candidate must be a Bachelor of Engineering / Science / Commerce with a good academic record from a recognized university / institution and / or possess a Certificate of Proficiency as a Master (FG) / Dredge Master Grade-I / MEO Class-I / Dredge Engineer Grade-I. An Administration / Professional degree from a reputable institution will be added.
  • Must have around 25 years of post-qualification experience as of September 30, 2022 (latest application submission date) occupying a comparable position or lower level in the private sector / minimum two years experience at E8 level if from PSU, preferably related to shipping business / Indian Navy / port sector, and / or candidates must have worked independently in minimum CEO position or equivalent / higher management position such as Senior Executive Vice President in the private sector / as an officer at the level of Co-Secretary or equivalent in Government. Vice Presidents of Major Ports / Rear Admiral of the Indian Navy are eligible.
