Relationship Manager (Business Loans Group)
Reports to: Regional Head Sales- Business Loans Group
Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Ensure stability of income from existing set of clients and explore avenues for new income generation from existing as well as new clients
- Add value to the client and stay ahead of the competition by structuring and implementing innovative deals in working capital, term loan and project finance
- Use credit knowledge and knowledge of various products for deal structuring

- Maintain relationships with business banking to originate business
- Manage relationship with the customers by increasing the book size
- Manage trade finance, general blog operation for cash management services i.e., working capital cycle of the company
- Acquire and maintain business loans clients for the bank
- Perform various financing activities as per the customer?s requirement
- Maintain number of current account (CA) balance
- Increase wallet share by cross selling products to the customer
- Achieve individual targets and grow account profitability, while maintaining a high service standard and compliance
- Working capital, Term loan, Project finance
- Retail business loans clients up to 20 cr portfolio size
Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to negotiate deals, along with the ability to interact with people at various levels of the organization and outside environment
- Strong sales and relationship management skills
- Ability to identifying key issues in complex problems/ assignments and analyze those to make effective decisions
- Ability to have a firm grasp of the processes and make changes in system to improve performance
- Credit Knowledge: To assess the company?s financials (i.e. loss, rating, PAT (profit after tax) etc. of the company)
- Graduate & Post Graduate with 6-12 Years work experience.
- CA Fresher?s (Please note it is a sales profile and candidate should be comfortable in customer acquisition role).
