Job Purpose – As FX Advisor at Emirates NBD, your role is to

    • To lead the product development and management effort for RBWM across Fx & Remittance products, to achieve planned group objectives and business targets, in alignment with product marketing, product development, liabilities product portfolio management and segment strategies by leveraging channels and competition analysis
    • For the Retail business, the FX revenue line is the fastest growing line, with an increasing potential to tap more into the existing base itself. And based on the numbers, this line to sustain its growth, it is “key” to activate not only “New to FX” customers in the RBWM segment, but also to increase the revenue potential from “FX Active” customers, by offering new product lines, within our existing product offering itself

 

 

Responsibilities

    • Assist segment RMs in maximizing coverage, transaction volumes, wallet share and profitability.
    • Produce solution-oriented presentations on FX, FX Option strategies and Forwards
    • Improve margins by cross sell of FX products
    • Manage digital channel product visibility and product flow to ensure best customer experience.
    • Supporting Remittance business on various ongoing initiatives & day to day business activities by coordinating closely with multiple stakeholders (GCE/OPC/GOPS/CCO/Retail Ops.
    • Design & Launch campaign to build momentum across various FX Products & Initiatives
    • Work closely with CLM team on tactical campaigns and segment specific requirements
    • Convert clients to electronic platforms like ENBD X and SmartDeal

 

 

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and experience…

    • Must possess good analytical & numerical skills
    • Dealing in FX products
    • Good Clientele relationship
    • Experience in closing FX deals
    • Good knowledge about Bloomberg and FX platforms
