Job Role:

§  NPA Recoveries / Write off portfolio Resolution (Personal Loans)

§  Appointment of agencies and driving them to achieve collection numbers

§  Chalking out the various possible strategies of recoveries of NPA accounts,

§  Hiring and retention of DRAs and driving them to meet the individual targets.

§  Exploring the various legal alternatives available and assisting

§  Consistently and effectively follow up and negotiating with the customers.

§  Laisoning with Lawyers, Economics Offence authorities, police and other statutory authorities.

§  Facilitating effective liquidation of collateral assets of securities of the borrower.

§  Negotiating with the borrower consistently and effectively for faster and efficient recoveries.

§  Preparing the MIS  for daily receivables and reporting the same to  HO office

 

Job Requirements:

·         Hard core collection exposure.

·         5 – 8 years of experience in Banks / NBFCs

·         Good team manager.

·         Excellent written and oral communication skills

·         Good computer skills.

§  Knowledge of Collection and Legal

§  Agency Management expertise

§  DRA Management expertise

§  Drive for Results

§  Ability to work on multiple tasks

§  Having good contacts in local Police authorities and local corporates

§  To drive P & L of the branch
