Job Purpose – As Product Manager – CASA at Emirates NBD, your role is to

    • Liabilities business involves analyzing portfolio of deposit products, customer behaviors, competition analysis, portfolio review, marketing campaigns, digital and sales channel content management to run and build the deposit product mix.
    • Liabilities business has 2 teams, CASA and FD, and this role is for product manager focuses on developing new products, monitor and change existing products, offer profitable and interesting mix of products in portfolio basis to ensure growth of liabilities book at appropriate profitability levels.
    • Develop new products, packages for growth of deposit books while suggesting new features for existing products to ensure continuous interest to product mix
    • Manage digital channel product visibility and product flow to ensure best customer experience.
    • Work closely with CIE team to identify leads for growing operating balances and enhance cross-sell through data driven operating model

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Support in market research and competition benchmarking to assess Bank’s product viability
  • Supporting Liabilities business on various ongoing initiatives & day to day business activities by coordinating closely with multiple stakeholders (GCE/OPC/GOPS/CCO/Retail Ops.
  • End to end review on BRD, FSD and PFDs to ensure seamless implementation
  • Support in end-to-end implementation of Digital Initiatives
  • Support in finalization / closure of BRDs, PFDs and revised processes along with GOPS
  • Support on new liability campaigns for data analysis, business case drafting, campaign codes generation and end to end delivery
  • Regularly monitor ROI of the campaigns
  • Work with CLM to develop and maintain library of dashboards that track:
  • Product specific leading indicators (MIS)
  • Portfolio indicators (x-sell ratio)
  • Penetration levels
  • Profitability
  • Margins

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and experience…

    • Graduate/ Postgraduate, MBA with Engineering or Finance background preferably
    • Must possess good analytical & numerical skills
    • Should have experience on Product & proposition management & Data Analysis and management
    • Have worked on Digital product marketing and management
    • Have good communication & Interpersonal skills
